Membership Perks

  • 20 hours of free ‘OFF-PEAK’ bay time per month. Bring up to 3 guests per booking!

  • 15% discount on all Food, Drinks, Peak Sim Rentals, Lessons, Club Fittings, and Events (site fee only).

      • Saturday = 8AM to 11AM

  • We want to ensure all members have a chance to utilize their membership. This is why we have a 6 hour cancellation policy for our members and a 12 hour cancellation policy for all other customers. You can conveniently cancel online prior to this window.

    Under 6 Hours:
    You are considered a "late cancel" and your reserved units will not be returned to your account. To late cancel, you must call more than 30 minutes before and speak to our host.

    Please note: Our staff arrives ~30 minutes prior to our first reservation of the day (if you have the first reservation of the day, please keep calling until someone answers).

    No Show -or- No Call before 30 minutes prior to booking:
    You are considered a "no show" / "no call". During high demand times (Friday-Sunday), you will incur a $25 no show/no call fee, in addition to losing your reserved units.

    We understand things come up and plans change, but during high demand times, we greatly appreciate cancelation of your booking. That way, another member can book the time slot.

    Running Late?
    If running late, you must call to give us a heads up. After 15 minutes with no call, we will mark you as a "no show" and open up the time for another member to book last minute.

  • We allow early termination for our 6-month & 12-month members, as we understand that schedules & lifestyles can change.

    Notice Period:
    To terminate your membership, you must email info@hudsongolf.com at least 5 days prior to your next bill date. (Note: termination cannot be communicated in-person)

    Your membership will be terminated on your next bill date. Please note: We will not refund you for bill dates that occurred prior to requesting the termination via email.

    Fee: Required to pay an early termination fee of $30 for each month used.
    (Ex: You have a 6 month membership & only used 4 months before terminating, so you will be charged a $120 early termination fee.)

    *Please Note: Early Membership Termination is not allowed for 1 Month & 3 Month members.

  • 6-Month Members:
    Can freeze 1-month in-between bill dates.

    Your membership expiration date will be extended by 1 month.

    Notice Period: Must email info@hudsongolf.com at least 5 days prior to your next bill date for the month you wish to freeze.

    • Ex: If you wish to freeze your membership in September, and your next bill date is on 9/8, then you must email by 9/3 to request a freeze, and your membership will be frozen from 9/8-10/7.


    Annual Members:
    Can freeze up to 2-months (in one month increments) in between bill dates.

    Your membership expiration date will be extended by 1-2 months (depending on # of months frozen).

    Notice Period: Must email info@hudsongolf.com at least 5 days prior to your next bill date for the month you wish to freeze.

    • Ex: If you wish to freeze your membership in September, and your next bill date is on 9/8, then you must email by 9/3 to request a freeze, and your membership will be frozen from 9/8-10/7.

    *Please Note: Membership Freezing is not allowed for 1 Month & 3 Month members.
